In principle, a lot of important information concerning Noahides is found on this site, mainly in the blog, a tremendous number of Chassidic topics without any need to select what is permitted. In any case, if you are interested in reading Mohran's writings, then the parts that talk about serving G-d with joy and correcting one's character, and negating sadness are allowed. The rest of the sections are forbidden to study because they are written in a deep Kabbalistic language which is forbidden for Noahides.
