I grew up in a Northern Baptist Home with my moms family background of Methodist. Always leery of the teachings at church, getting away from the church when I had gotten of age. Later getting married and getting involved in a Southern Baptist church. After my stepdaughter graduated High School I left the church and my husband, then spent 10 years with my boyfriend investigating other cultures and their beliefs. Leaving the boyfriend and COVID came, then when the whole world was locked down I set out to search for the truth. Only getting teachings from Christian groups I went with a Church of G-d. Along with learning the festivals I also was interested in learning about the 2nd temple and how it connected to the Hebrew bible. Going through another group to learn since the group I was in was dismissing this connection. Attending a "feast of tabernacles" in a hotel after I had been learning about the festivals and temple worship I felt there was something that still was not totally correct. There was someone from this temple group who was learning Mishnah. So I spent time learning Mishnah and when I went through Avodah Zarah that was when I realized I was not thought the Torah of Moses. I was so eager to learn when I found Noahide Academy of Israel and I am constantly striving to learn every day.
