Explanation for Noahide's Daily Meditation
It is written:
“Know this day and take it unto your heart that Havaya-Hu-HaElokim ( that HaShem is the King ) in the heavens above and upon the earth below; there is none other.”
This verse is referring to three levels of consciousness of the presence of the Divine in our lives.
The first level is: "Know this day" referring to when a person is sitting in his house with the books open in front of him during which he can achieve a level of conscious of the divine in which it is obvious to his intellect that HaShem is his ultimate reality.
The second levels is: "take it unto your heart" as in when a person goes out into the streets and he no longer has a book open, he will need to use faith as his Divine consciousness and rely on his feelings connected with the Divine Providence to continue seeing HaShem's presence and not get aggravated with the world's challenges.
The third levels is: "there is none other" referring to a sublime level of divine consciousness of a Chassid (pious person) in which after a life-time of divine service comes to a permanent state of profound joy in knowing that him and HaShem are One!
