Yesterday we read that when a man can produce children he should do so because HaShem did not create the world for emptiness and that He fashioned the world to be inhabited.


However if one is not capable of bringing forth children then one accomplishes the logical task of making the world a settling world by marrying.


A woman is not obliged to bring forth children as you cannot force someone to suffer pain.


Also a man is not obliged to bring forth children it would cause him a lot of stress.

Because the commandment given to Adam to "be fruitful and multiply" is not commanded to Noahides.
