Topic Chapter 7:19 - 7:21


A doctor involved in his practice is permitted to be secluded with a woman patient, even if he is checking and thereby touching her body.


A sick man who has on one to take care of him except a woman is nut suspected of sinning with her, if he is to sick that he has no desire for her, in which case he is not forbidden to be secludes with her. On the other hand, it is forbidden for a sick woman to be secluded with a male helper, since he might have relations with her, unless he is a docter and will be afraid to damage his reputation.
