This is part of a teaser for upcoming Noahide superhero comics Rabbi Yitzchak Jetter and Rabbi Moshe Perets have been working on. For context, by the end of the teaser, David will be given a mission of educating people, spreading truth, and leading a team of heroes who do exactly that. Hope you enjoy!
Transcendence

David looked around. In front of him lay what he could only describe as a transcendent throne. Below him were odd-looking beings, some like one-legged animals and some like wheels.
Is this real? It does remind me of something. Perhaps something I learned in a Torah class? He heard a familiar voice behind him, and turned around. It was his father.
“Hi, son”, he said with a smile.
“Abba, is it really you?”
“It is. I’m so happy to see you again, Dovid. But you should know our time here is limited.”
“What?” Dovid asked.
“G-d wants me to convey a message to you, that your family’s sacrifice to save the sick Jew has caused an uproar in the Heavenly Court. Hashem wishes to resolve this by giving you a gift commensurate with your sacrifice. He wants you to lead a team of Noahide heroes to educate and help the world.”
“Father, I mean you no disrespect, but this is not something I can believe. There are heroes in movies and even heroes in Tanach, but a hero in this day and age? There’s no way.”
“You’ll see, bni. Hashem is giviing you two powers beyond those of any other human, but only one is usable right now, the power to change the political reality. When you use a multicolored pen and write a law with the appropriate color for the character of the law, that bill will be added to the docket of your national legislature. It even applies in other countries, so you can affect their legislature in this way.”
“I’m not sure this is real or not,” David wonders aloud. On one hand, this matches Ezekiel’s vision of the spiritual realms, but on the other hand, Hashem has not done anything of this sort for thousands of years. David’s father saw his son was skeptical.
“You already know our country, the U.S., is not headed in a good direction. Between the riots of the last decade, the increasing political division, and all the moral nihilism, this country needs to be set on the right path. You and the other heroes will lead it down that path.”
“Is this a dream?” David barely eeked out those words before his eyes opened. He saw his ceiling. He sat up and looked around and saw his bedroom, as well as his wife still sleeping next to him. He thought to himself that if those events were a dream, they were quite an odd dream.
He decided to test whether the dream was real.
To test this properly, I need to write a law about something which hasn’t been brought up recently in Congress. After some research, he decided on a law to legalize Kinder Surprise eggs in the U.S. He grabbed pen and paper from his desk, clicked the blue color of his and wrote the law as, “Kinder Surpise eggs are now legal to import into the U.S., and to sell within the country.”
Now we wait, watch CSPAN, and see if they say anything about this law.
