Bring the Balance to the Right Side
Divine Code for August 9, 2022
Today: Page 102
Topic 9:5 -- 9:7
We saw in the previous topics that a person should ask forgiveness from his fellow man for wrong actions and from G-d.
Today we learn that we should also ask forgiveness from G-d when we plan wrong actions in our minds or when we have wrong traits such as getting angry easily.
Unlearning wrong traits or thoughts is more difficult and requires more effort, but G-d will help us if we sincerely want to improve this. For if we change this bad path to a good path our actions and deeds will follow.
This is for our own benefit, but also for the benefit of the world. Because if a person performs one good deed, he may tip his balance and that of the enitre world to the side of merit, and bring deliverance and salvation to himself and to others.
