It's forbidden to mislead or convince another to sin.
For example, to teach others to serve idols or to seduce a man or woman to commit adultery, or to murder or to steal.
One who misleads another will be punished by G-d for misleading others and causing them to sin.
If one sees someone violating one of the Seven Noahide Commandments he is obligated to prevent the transgressor from continuing in the sin. (If he can have this influence without putting himself into danger or even without considerable inconvenience.
