Praise Him, Now and Forever
For October 19, 2022
Tehillim 113:1-2
הַ֥לְלוּ־יָ֨הּ ׀ הַ֭לְלוּ עַבְדֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה הַֽ֝לְל֗וּ אֶת־שֵׁ֥ם יְהֹוָֽה׃
יְהִ֤י שֵׁ֣ם יְהֹוָ֣ה מְבֹרָ֑ךְ מֵ֝עַתָּ֗ה וְעַד־עוֹלָֽם׃
"Everyone should praise G-d. Servants of G-d, give praise. Praise G-ds Name.
May G-d's Name be blessed by all creations, now and forever."
G-d created the world because He wanted to give us His goodness. Everything He created, He created for us, for you! It should make sense that everyone, because everyone receives His goodness, should praise Him. But the reality is different. That is why it is so important that all who serve Him should - where it is safe to do so - openly thank and praise Him. When others see and hear this, they will start asking questions, openly or in their own minds. Either way it is an opening moment for people to become aware of their Creator. In the end, everyone will worship Him forever. That it may be His will, that it will be today.
