Tehillim 119 - Torah-Study gives You Pleasure

Verse 98:

Studying Your Torah and its commandments gives me the wisdom to save myself from the grip of my worldly desires – my internal enemies. For the value of Your commandments is eternal; it remains with me forever, whereas worldly pleasures have no lasting value.

This verse shows so beautifully that the Torah is from G-d. It is He who determines which parts, which commandments are meant for whom. For example, there are commandments that apply only to the High Priest or the Cohanim. Thus there are commandments that apply only to Jews and commandments - the 7 Laws of Noah - that apply to the Gentiles.

Anything in the Torah that Noahids can learn something from in order to properly carry out the 7 commandments - or their details - or to improve themselves may be read and learned.

Noahids are not permitted to delve deeply into commands or portions of the Torah that do not apply to them and from which they cannot learn anything practical or logical.

Noahides do not have a Divine commandment of learning Torah, but this is rather an obligation that is included in the Noahide Commandments themselves and he will receive a reward for it.
