It's good to let people know about the Seven Noahide Laws. Everybody who refuse to accept to observe the Laws are liable, the best thing to do is to warn them.
You can't make a choice to observe the Seven Noahide Laws if you've never heard of it. We as Noahides can make people aware of them and the choice is theirs.
